My son graduated college, moved to HK and I had option of Cobra at $450/month or getting him separate policy. Found above, first year paid about $155/month with $500 deductible. My son admitted to ER and ultimately 3 days in HK govt hp, got second opinion at HK Sanatorium (most expensive in town).

hthworldwide.com worked with me the entire time, got timely reimbursement, etc. etc. Renewal went up to $170/month but worth every penny!
