New service westbound
Office in CW to LCY 15 mins
Check-in 15 mins
LCY-SNN 45 mins
Refuel at SNN 45 mins
SNN-NYC 7hrs 00 mins
Total: 9hrs 00 mins (Work on board: 7hrs 30 mins)

Existing service westbound
Office in CW to LHR 1hr 15 mins
Check-in 45 mins
LHR-NYC 7hrs 00 mins
Total: 9hrs 00 mins (Work on board: 6hrs 30 mins)


New service eastbound
Check-in 15 mins
NYC-LCY 6hrs 30 mins
Immigration/baggage 15 mins
LCY to office in CW 15 mins
Total: 7hrs 15 mins (Sleep time: 6hrs 00 mins)


Existing service eastbound
Check-in 45 mins
NYC-LHR 6hrs 00 mins
Immigration/baggage 30 mins
LHR to office in CW 1hr 15 mins
Total: 8hrs 30 mins (Sleep time: 5hrs 30 mins)


And this assumes no delays on departure or arrival at LHR (which is a pipe dream).
