When things go smoothly with e-credits, well, they go smoothly. I noted in a thread a few months ago that sometimes DL will "archive" your e-credit, and you will not be able to see it online, nevermind be able to use it. They told me it's due to the credit sitting idle for so long (almost a year, so they say) but in my case, it was a credit they had been partially used only a month before. In the archived credit case, you need to visit a ticket office to have it un-archived for use, as no one can do it over the phone. Pain in the butt!!
