Chip&pin is unlikely as that hasn't been introduced in the Netherlands (yet?). My Dutch Postbank debit card issued a few months ago doesn't even have this. If you need a few euros, at the airport it is easy to find an ATM, though changing a banknote into coins may be a bit more bothersome.
