TG and SQ lounges are in different terminals
Theoretically you can enter the SQ lounge (not F side I think; as you don't fly F from TPE) but the problem is that lounge is in Terminal 2 (newer terminal) after immigration and TG flights depart from Terminal 1 (old terminal) if I remember correctly.
SQ lounge is WAY nicer than TG lounge, but you do get free food, beverages and internet access in the TG lounge.
