This situation will continue for all your reservations you made before March 1. As
Always Flyin pointed out, it's a quirk in the system that you can take advantage of.
Even though you're a Premier as of March 1, your reservation was made while you were a Premier Executive. Therefore, you will be treated as a Premier Executive for this trip, and any others you may have booked before your status changed on March 1.
