I guess this is all about Sheraton in the USA. Recently I have been to Sheraton hotels only in Music City (Nashville) and Read House (Chattanooga), both in Tennessee. I also stayed at the SFO Four Points. The toiletries in these hotels were awful, but the people at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and well-informed about local attractions. In the rest of the world, Sheraton is on a higher level than in the USA and the staff tend to be very well trained.
