Edited--MAN is on the two bag list--I looked it up. Two big ones that don't appear to be are LGW and DUB.
DUB is in the Irish Republic and not the UK, and therefore is not subject to the stupidy of UK laws in regards to carry-on restrictions. We each had two bags last time we came through DUB in early December with no problem.
