Its just an example for the routing :-)

PRG-CDG (AF/OK)
CDG-HAN (AF)
HAN-CAN/ICN-NRT (CZ/KE/NW* ICN-NRT)
NRT-CAN/ICN-SYD (CZ/KE)
SYD-VIA/VIA-HNL (CZ/KE/NW/DL/CO)
HNL-VIA US MAINLAND -UIO (CO/DL)
UIO-AMS (KL)
AMS-MAD (KL)
MAD-PRG (OK)

From my above statement this is only applicable for seg 1-2 & 7-9. KL/AF has more availabilities (ECO) for Elite+ members. If C is not available always can try in Y. OK and AZ I always get availablity (C/Y) within EU. I never have problem booking with NW (C/Y) for inter Asia and Asia-US routes if booked in advance. It also depends on the passenger if not willing to fly Y for a C award price forsome segments. ^
