I sent an e-mail, they called and got my VM and left a msg. I called them back and got their VM and I'm still waiting over a month later to hear back from them. And of course I deleted their voicemail and tossed their phone number, so I can only assume at this point no one will call back. Meanwhile the IVR on the EXP line cannot distinguish "A" from "8", rendering Remember Me useless for my AAdvantage number.

So hang onto whatever number they've given you in case you have to contact them multiple times.
