Just sent an email to Customer Relations from UA's website. Wasn't really asking for anything in return, mainly just to let them know about the broken video and told them about the great flights that I had with them over the past week.

The flight attendant on my NRT-LAX flight offered the guy next to me a bottle of it after he helped her out with some contacts in LA that he knows. He nicely turned her down.
