Flew SIN-NRT today in upgraded C using SWU, the video was semi-broken as it was loose and the screen wouldn't stay up so it's tilted to the side and not watchable. I didn't notify the FA because C was full and I've never been in such a situation before so I just slept for the rest of the flight. That was about the only low point of the flight.
Should I write to UA asking for something or I shouldn't bother because I didn't notify the FA and they didn't write it up?
If so, where do I direct my concern?

No issue with you asking for compensation for this at all, but one thing I would like to point out. In the future I'd advise that you notify the f/a of the issue. Two reasons. One, when you send in your letter, a documented record of the problem will exist, and be easily verifiable. Two, if they don't know it's broke, they will not fix it untill it's discovered, probably at a hub maitenance facility. BTW if their were any NRSA's in C with you the f/a more then likely would have arranged a seat switch to ensure your comfort.
