Posted in another thread but wanted to start a new thread for this to see what others think.

Flew SIN-NRT today in upgraded C using SWU, the video was semi-broken as it was loose and the screen wouldn't stay up so it's tilted to the side and not watchable. I didn't notify the FA because C was full and I've never been in such a situation before so I just slept for the rest of the flight. That was about the only low point of the flight.

Should I write to UA asking for something or I shouldn't bother because I didn't notify the FA and they didn't write it up?

If so, where do I direct my concern?
