I'm currently running about a 50% success rate in getting my miles. Of course, the one's I missed out on were the highest mile ones. I'm pretty sure if they have to do almost anything kind of modification with your order the miles are toast. I think I just lost 7100 miles on a Dell server, but the Dell guy who had to modify the order took 200 bucks off, so I came out ahead on that one.
