Does anyone know if there is a phone number one can call? I too got the "canned" e-mail response when I e-mailed them. Bought a ton of gift certs on aa shopping when gift certificates.com........ was offering 4 bonus miles for each dollar....Almost two months ago and still nothing. Thanks!
