Apologies if this is posted somewhere, but can't find it. Staying at the Westin Michigan Avenue, and initially, was put in a room on the SPG Floor. Heater did not work in the room, and changed to a room on a higher floor, but not an SPG Floor. What exactly, is the difference? When I was switched, the front desk clerk indicated that I was switched to a 'comparable' room.
From what I see, the differences are:
1) No mouthwash or body gel in the non-SPG room
2) No sign indicating go to 6th floor for coffee on the non-SPG room
3) Heat works in the non-SPG room
Thanks.
