Given the lack of information, I think the OP is not giving the whole story and is thus being misleading. If he had nothing to hide and/or was telling the complete truth, he would have given flight numbers, dates, etc. If it were true, I'm pretty sure AC would get back to him through PM or through some other fashion.

And therefore commenting further is commenting on something that did not happen.
