The three class 777s (the ones with the curtains) have individual video screens, so that shouldn't be a problem. Plus, there should be no curtains for any of the domestic segments.
To answer another question, I was told by an FA that UA can sell some of the crew rest seats, depending on flight time. I'm a bit out of my league here, so don't take the third hand information as gospel.
Seats 8A/B would be blocked on a SEA-NRT flight if the aircraft was bunked (28xx series nose number). These are flight crew rest seats only if a bunk is installed.
