The Rome Cavalieri has one of the best lounges of any hotel, anywhere. You can literally live in the lounge with their 5 different food services during the day.

The room rates for the Cavalieri usually start at ~400 euros. So the value is definitely high up there.

I personaly would not recommend any US properties since lounges are usually so so and very few have free alcoholic beverages.
