I have been calling DC gold line yesterday and today. I called yesterday around 6pm. I get a message that all agents are busy and then the annoying wait music.
After half an hour, I get disconnected. I call again and on wait again. I WAS ON WAIT for 2h and then gave up as it was after closing time.
Today I have called again. I was able to reach an agent after a 20 minute wait. I could not finish the whole ticket issuing and was told to call back within an hour as the booking would not be held for more than 1h. I called back 10 minutes later and now have been on hold for over 40 minutes and still no answer.
What is going on? Is this the general trend? Not only do they have restricted opening hours, but now they are not reachable during those hours. That makes it totally useless!!!
