I think that row 5 on the 763 is the best seat on United Intl C+, with the possible exception of 15,17,18 on the 744-upstairs. If you can change-do so IMHO. I am 6'3" and could not even touch the bulkhead on the 763. Row 8,11 on the 777 is a different story, with much less room.
