Yep!!! They recline all the way. Also, on several of my recent flights the curtains were closed on the left side (between F & C) & my feet in seat 8B continually had F/A's throwing them on me, as they went back & forth. They couldn't use the right side where the curtains remained open for the duration of the SFO-CDG flight.
