Flying IAD-AMS next week in C. Had Row 8 and 11 but found out from a previous trip that leg room on the bulkhead is pretty bad. Nothing like the 763 in row 5.

My question is: Does row 9 recline all the way back since it has a bulkhead behind it? I could not tell from looking last time I flew in C.

I currently have 9b/9F assigned.
