I had a similar situation and Marriott Reservations helped us out.

We were booking the King Tut package in Philadelphia for 2 nights.

Online, the rate was the same for both nights even though you only received benefits the 1st night. I called and they book me 1 reservation with one night King Tut and one night AAA.

We ultimately had to cancel, but we were not going to pay for benefits we didn't get.
