Has this happened to you?? I'm pretty sure just about every hotel chain has some extremely small print print saying they could change ANY rule at ANY time but that doesn't mean they will. All mistake fares (hotel or airline) can be denied by the issuing company but most realize that the heat they would take for not honoring the fare would far outweigh the cost of just honoring the rate.
Again, did SPG not honor a rate you found at spg.com?
