We stayed at the Orchid in Hue and the Thanh Xuan in Hoi An. Loved both. Everyone was soooo nice and the rooms are spacious and spotless. Would absolutely stay at both again.

Just out of curiosity where are you staying at Siem Reap, Hanoi, and HCMC? I stayed at Le Meridien (Siem Reap), Hilton (Hanoi), and Sheraton (HCMC) if you want to compare notes.
