Exclamation Air NZ Launches New Domestic Inflight Service

Air New Zealand customers flying on domestic jet services can look forward to an improved complimentary inflight service from Monday, February 4.

The new offering, called “KoruHour”, will be available weekday mornings and evenings on 737 and A320 services between Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown.

Weekdays from the first flight of the day through until 9am, customers will be able to enjoy muesli or a muffin, new great tasting Gravity plunger coffee, tea, orange juice, water and a complimentary newspaper.

Between 5pm and 8pm award winning wines from the Air New Zealand Wine Awards as well as beer, the iconically Kiwi L&P, tea, coffee and water will be available. The beverage service will be accompanied by a selection of Kapiti cheese, crackers and grapes.

Alcohol service will soon be available on domestic A320 services once liquor licensing requirements are completed.

During the day, after 8pm, and all weekend, a selection of great tasting nibbles are being introduced – healthy dried fruit, savoury Cassava chips and sweet NZ lollies, as well as tea, coffee and water.

The full service offering is as follows:

First flight to 0900 Muffin or muesli, orange juice, Gravity plunger coffee, tea, water and complimentary newspaper
0901 – 1659 Snacks
Gravity plunger coffee, tea, water
1700 – 2000 Kapiti cheese, crackers and grapes, snacks (on request)
Wine and beer, L&P, Gravity plunger coffee, tea, water
2001 to last flight Snacks
Gravity plunger coffee, tea, water
Weekends Snacks
Gravity plunger coffee, tea water

*No hot beverages, OJ or cheese platter served on shorter services eg. WLGCHC
