I agree you are trying to do way too much on this trip. For comparison, I did just your Vietnam destinations on one trip (10 days), then Cambodia was a separate trip.

Air between US and HCMN and Hotels in HCMC, Hanoi, Siam Reip are on points.

Internal air and other hotels are provided by this private tour company. They will modify any or all parts of what was shown above.
Do you already have hotels in mind? I have some good recommendations in these places.

Please suggest hotels in other cities. I can book them or they will arrange.
