I was responding to a specific question about having "your corporate travel lady to use your sign in on CO.com to book the ticket." CO actually has a pretty decent online booking tool for coroporate customers that also includes other carriers and no booking fees for DL/NW/CO, plus I'm pretty sure you keep the 100% EQM bonus. But if corporate is AmEx travel that won't help all that much.
