CO doesn't take care so I took my business elsewhere (eh, it rhymes). I used to be CO Gold then fought a couple of years and made Silver, barely. I gave up on the non-sense last year and I'll be absolutely zippo on March 1. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying full EQM and economy plus on United (a terrible airline when you don't have status but actually quite nice with status).
