On topic but off topic a bit, if USAir and UA (not 100% sure about the latter) can install see through curtains to at least reduce a good deal of the cabin crossing (not that it will stop everyone) why has not AA?
Continental has them (at least on a couple of transcon flights late 2007 I was on). Just an open mesh screen thing, but it does hang over the aisle.
