You have 24 hours to upgrade a reservation using the CO website and the change fee will be waived??? Make sure the additional upgrade fee can be paid with a CC diferent than the one the Corp TA uses.

It would give them more $ is the long run from OP members stuck with corp travel agencies.
Why can't CO just make giving 100% EQM the official policy? It frustrates me to no end that I get nicked 50% with CO because I'm stuck with my company travel agency but if I book with another carrier that I have NO relationship with, I get full EQM!

As was said previously, you can kiss you Plat goodbye and you'll be lucky to make Gold...
