This is not a major problem, but I haven't run into it before. Mi esposa and I have a reward booking from FLL to YYZ (AC1217, March Tooth)as part of a round trip YQR/FLL. All four flights are in Business, booked many moons ago. AC recently changed from a 321 to a 320 on that leg. Instead of 1A/1C, we were changed to 1A/2A. Even though the front is booked up, it did not make a lot of sense, since our reservations are cross-referenced. AC was no help, and AE tried, but could not seem to be allowed to move seats on the computer, if I understood the agent. It ain't like we can't sit in them there seats, but I hate seeing someone have to massage my wife's feet - part of my assigned duties. We can try to rearrange on the flight, but I was kinda curious as to what occurred.
