Presumably the "airfield restrictions" they quote relate to the runway closure after the crash? Same day right?
Stands to reason that losing a runway will cause problems... and it must be seen as outside the airlines control surely? (Unless of course the fact that it was a BA aircraft that caused the runway closure is considered to trump that....

Given that the average L/H aircraft carries more pax than the average S/H.. (and that there are probably more convenient rebooking options for S/H pax) it seems sensible to me that the L/H routes get priority... YMMV of course!
