There's more to the story.

If your bill is not paid on time then it will reflect on you, but only if your SSN is tied to the account. My corporate card is one where I am personally liable, not my company, so it would reflect on me if I didn't pay. If the company is on the hook I would imagine it would reflect on them, not you.
