I haven't been in since the upgrade, but IME the food selection is at least as good, if not better than, most TG lounges I've seen. This was the case at least in 2006-07 (and maybe even since 2005?), when snack options included things like warm panini, hummus dip with sesame breadsticks, various desserts such as passion fruit or chocolate mousse, etc.
A_Lee may consider it the worst TG lounge s/he's seen, but I definitely disagree. (KIX anyone?)
Maybe I hit it on an off day then as normally I'm not very picky but didn't find anything in the extremely limited food selection to be edible to me. I haven't been to all the TG lounges, including KIX so don't know how to compare it. I was at the lounge before it was upgraded and didn't even realize it had been upgraded till I read it in this thread.
