It really means they ARE sold out. Dumbass web designer, for sure.
Problem is, not only have they done a "flights from 3KD" special from 11am today for 2 days, there's a big holiday coming up in Kuwait which will effectively wipe out any seats to any location (except, I noticed, Tehran) from 21-27 Feb.
