And this is sometimes enforced.Grandson age 4 loves his pop as no one else can draw the Titanic as well as he can.So when grandson got a bit tetchy flying back from Curacao pop switched with mum from J(it was international)back to Y and settled him quickly only to be chipped by FA that I was causing a security incident.
Amazingly none of those ungracious Y passengers stood up for pop.
