Your Miami departure is a domestic departure - you may be able to check in online in advance and print your boarding pass, all the way to HNL, given you have a three day stopover.

It's highly unlikely they will give you access to Admirals Clubs until you are departing from Honolulu to Australia - then it will be the joint Qantas C/ Admirals Club, much closer to Qantas departures than AA departures.

That day, you will need to follow the International Departures rules for the airport and airline (QF, I imagine,) as well as submit your international travel documents (don't forget Australia requires you to have a visa or an ETA, an Electronic Travel Authority.)

You won't know what gate the flight departs from until the day of the flight - you can check it online, or you can call the automated FLIFO ( Dial-AA-Flight Information) at 800.223.5436. (This is a good number to have in your cell phone directory, along with the OSO (Off-Schedule Operations) Desk - 800.446.7834, and your Platinum tel. number (in case things go wrong; it's often much easier / faster to call whilst everyone is queuing up at a counter.)
