Today special services rang and told me 1.5 hours in advance and domestic counter. The man today was a supervisor and sounded like he really knew what he was talking about. The woman last time was one step away from complete dingbat. But........ to even out the score I rang MIA airport today, they told me 2 hours in advance Int'l counter.
Any guesses here?
