I think it's only fair considering the number of times I've lost my row-1 P seat on the Saab 340 to impromptu disability seating.

(I'm not really mad about it; just learned my lesson and always sit in row 6 now.)

So even though this bug exists, I would recommend exploiting it for reasons already mentioned. If I'm getting tossed from my P seat for disability seating, it's quite likely you'll get tossed from the disabled seating!
