If I do have Gold VIP status by some fluke, I would like to use it. Can anyone offer ideas or assistance please?

Have you stayed at a Hilton to reach or requalify at Gold level? If not, what you have received might be marketing materials.

Call once again to verify your name and assocaited account number (if you previous had one, prior to receiving this card) and see what the rep says. If it turns out you're Gold Elite great, if not, let it go and move on.
