Dear All,

I have seen various threads on similar topics but I have a 'friend' who had 60,000 miles credited by accident to their account. It was due to a cancellation of award travel that wasn't credited and required a call to the ff desk for the original miles to be returned.

I'd like to think it was a credit due to the mistake made but who knows.
