Why tell a GA at all how to board the aircraft? I'm sure it's not the first time they've done it and he/she may have a good reason for doing it that way that doesn't concern you.
Perhaps because he bought a ticket on the plane and was told that elites would be allowed to board first!
So there can be no reason that doesn't "concern you," because by definition it does concern him. It screwed up his boarding of the plane. It concerned him. A lot.
