Air Canada responds to criticism

The airline which has faced a growing barrage of criticism related to its service is defending itself against recent attacks.

In a letter supplied to The Telegram by Conception Bay South Mayor Woodrow French, an Air Canada representative said circumstances outside its control made the airline's job difficult during the Christmas travel season and the company did all it could to accommodate passengers affected by weather.
