Well they shouldn't have asked you to remove the headsets. Did you show them the Spirit page? As to the seatback pockets, they are not an approved stowage place for carryon articles. Yes a laptop or water bottle is a carryon item. I understand that we have been taken to task for not enforcing this carryon policy.
