Just did some what-if reservations:

JFK, EWR £249
BOS, IAD, BWI £259
ORD £269
PHL £279
MCO £319
IAH £329
DFW £339

available for many dates if not all.

On some flights at least (I did not check many), the Saturday night rule does not apply. The expedia.co.uk fee is hidden in the taxes and fees total (£197 for JFK). No BA credit card contribution, of course.
