Yes. The lounge is a contract lounge called 'Le Salon'. It is available to *Golds in Y as well as TG C pax. Many other (except BKK Airways?) also use the lounge for thier biz pax as well. The lounge was upgraded sometime prior to Dec 07, when I was last there. It is certainly smallish, and nothing like the new *G lounge in SGN, or even the 'upgraded lounge in HAN. Food and beverage are very basic, and it feels like a domestic lounge rather than an international lounge.
