Does anyone know if there is a way of of booking NZ flights online for departures ex HKG (using Australian Airpoints Dollars)? I can book over phone no probs with a $100 service fee per passenger for the flights I want (which for the two of us is a ridiculous $200 for 15 mins work, almost lawyer charge out rates ), but can't find anyway of booking online.

This also leads me to another question when did the phone service fees go up? I wasn't sure what it was for NZ bookings (didn't recall it being $50 per long haul sector though), and last I looked for star alliance award bookings it was only $50 per booking - now it is $100. Didn't receive any communication about this.
