I don't think UA has any liability here. They processed the adjustment the same day as the charge. What you can do is call your financial institution and have them review the charge and the pending credit, and see if they will reverse the NSF charge. If you have hard copies of a credit slip, stop in to any branch and ask them to reverse the charge. If they decline, speak to a manager. I think you have a good chance of having this corrected by the bank.
